5. List the rules and Have Fun!
The Dreamy Covers Book Tag
1.) “no ideas but in things” – a book cover that perfectly expresses the novel inside it
Summerlost by Ally Conde. This cover just screams summer days spent lost in doing your own thing. A lovely cover for a lovely book.
2.) “dark and lovely” – a cover that is so creepilicious, that you want to eat it up
I have two for this one:
Dreamfall by Amy Plum and Last Seen Leaving by Caleb Roehrig. Both of these covers just give me chills and the stories are chilling as well.
3.) “sugary Sweet” – a CUTE cover that is so fluffy, you want to give it a hug
I’m not sure this cover is sweet, but the book sure was.
4.) “the simple aesthetic” – a book cover that stuns with the most minimalist of designs
This cover still makes my all top ten list of all the books I’ve read. It is so simple, yet so stunning.
5.) “cover envy” – a book you wish you had on your shelves, but don’t yet
This cover is beautiful in it’s simplicity, but the entire books is just magnificent to look at.
6.) “traveling abroad” – a beautiful book cover featuring a country outside of your own
I really like this cover and the sequel Hunting Prince Dracula. Very stunning covers.
7.) “the color wheel” – a cover that showcases one of your favorite colors
It’s purple and it has a dragon on the cover, what could be better?
8.) “changing gears” – a cover change you absolutely adore
I never really liked the original cover on the left, but I love this new one for the paperback on the right! I thought the original cover made it look to much like it was about the Day of the Dead. It is also slightly creepy, but the book is creepy so maybe that is a good thing. I think the second cover is prettier and does a better job of depicting what the story is about.
9.) “oldie but goodie” – a favorite cover of your favorite classic
I think this is the cover of the book that I first read, or maybe it was the second or third time I read it. Anyways, love the dragon!
10.) and the winner is – which book cover mentioned above is your favorite
Hmmm, this is a tough one, I hate picking favorites. I think I will have to go with Unrivaled though. I still just love that cover.
I’m not going to tag anyone in particular, but if you think you would like to do it go for it. It was a fun one.
The one w/ the hospital bed is def creepy. And I’ve always loved that Unrivaled cover! Simplistic but gorgeous. I’ve always loved the Girl at Midnight one too. Great choices!

Dream Fall is a creepy read. I wish that the rest of the covers for the Unrivaled series were as good. Thanks for the comment.
