I finally got False Value from the library! It was quite the wait and I am only 50 pages in, but I am enjoying being back in this world.
I am enjoying Vengeful, but what a dark book. Almost depressing, and dare I say I’m feeling sorry for Eli?
The Burning Maze is book three of the Trials of Apollo series and it is just as funny as the first two. I’m enjoying having Grover and Coach Hedge back as well.
What did I recently finish reading?
Girls Save the World in This One was quite the fun read. I enjoyed the banter between some of the characters and the Zombiecon setting.
We Own the Night was the second in the Radio Hearts series and was pretty good. The ending was a bit abrupt though.
The Dark Prophecy was excellent and I really enjoy the reader of the audiobooks, he does a wonderful job.
What do I think I will read next?
Both Renegades and Aurora Rising will be rereads. I’m really hoping that I will be getting Aurora Burning soon from the library and I really want to reread the first book before that happens. I have also decided that since I have the time that I want to reread the first two books in the Renegades series before I read the third. Spellslinger is a series I have been wanting to read for awhile now, I have heard some good things about it, especially the cat character.
