WWW Wednesday

Happy Wednesday! I hope your week is going well. Mine has been nice. I am in Connecticut visiting family and having a nice relaxing time. I have still found time to read though. I managed to finish four books since last week. Mostly because of really long flights.

What am I currently reading?

The Blonde Who Came in From the Cold is pretty funny and I am enjoying it. I am almost done with it and expect to finish it today.

The Bat is good, but a little slow moving. I do like the main character and the murder mystery is really good. I have no idea who the killer is.

First Time Caller is my next audiobook that I am just starting today. I have been hearing some good things about this romance inspired by the movie Sleepless in Seattle. Looking forward to listening to it.

What have I recently finished reading?

It Was Her House First was good, but I wouldn’t say this was horror. It was more of a cerebral ghost story. I really liked it though.

Best of All Worlds was really good. It managed to cram in a lot in such a small book. I really liked the main character and the story.

The Undercutting of Rosie and Adam was just as good as the previous two books. I just adored Rosie and I really liked Adam.

The Summer I Ate the Rich was really good. Was it a horror book? No, it was not. But I really did enjoy the characters and the story. There was a bit of light cannibalism, so there was that, but nothing close to horror.

What will I read next?

The Magician of Tiger Castle will be my next ARC. I have been looking forward to reading this one since I first heard of it. I love his middle grade books and I am looking forward to reading his adult debut.

People We Meet on Vacation is my next read. Hey I am on vacation so what better time to read it!

With A Vengeance might be my next audiobook. It is up next on the Libby holds list at any rate. Which usually means it will show up soon.
