WWW Wednesday

Happy Wednesday! I hope that the world is treating you well. My week has been pretty good. The weather has been beautiful lately which means I have been outside enjoying yard work. That also means that I have been busy listening to audiobooks. I managed to get two done this week, which was good, as I have lots of audiobooks I need to get through this month. I also finished two other books which I really enjoyed.

What am I currently reading?

The Anniversary is really good, but the format is quite different. Each section is takes place on the same day over a ten year span. It is taking a bit to get use to, but I am enjoying this so far.

Cabaret in Flames is a novella that I heard about recently, and it sounded pretty good. I am starting it today, and even though it is short it might still take a day or two to finish. It is a different kind of vampire story.

Agnes Aubert’s Mystical Cat Shelter is the audiobook that I am listening to. So far I am really enjoying it. I just love the cats and Agnes!

What have I recently finished reading?

A Zoom With a View started off really good, and then somehow lost its mojo in the middle. Still and enjoyable enough cozy mystery.

River of Bones and Other Stories was such a good collection of short stories and I loved the novella set in the Sixth World series.

Dark Moon, Shallow Sea is an excellent dark fantasy with a great diverse cast of characters. I am really looking forward to reading the next book soon.

Finlay Donovan Crosses the Line was so much fun. I have really enjoyed tagging along with Finlay and Vero for this adventure.

What will I read next?

Startup Hell is the next ARC that I will probably pick up. I really enjoyed this author’s other books, so I am hoping that this one will be a winner too. .

I, Medusa is maybe my next library book. I might pick up one of my other books depending on my mood. I have heard good things about this book, so I am looking forward to finally reading it.

A Deadly Episode is a new ALC that I just received from NetGalley. I have loved all of the other books in this series and I am really excited to listen to this one.
