The Accidental Apprentice is my current ARC and I am loving it. Love the characters, love the world, love the little dragon named Mitzi!
Sorcery of Thorns is a reread and I am enjoying it just as much this time around. Can’t wait for her new book Vespertine, coming out this fall.
Knight’s Shadow is my current audiobook. I am so loving this series with it’s three musketeers vibe.
I got a lot of books read since last Wednesday. All of these were good.
Firekeeper’s Daughter was really good. I enjoyed the mystery and learning about hockey and the native culture.
Golden Age and Other Stories is a collection of short stories from the Temeraire series. I loved the Pride and Prejudice one.
When You Trap a Tiger is the winner of the Newbery this year, and was quite good. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to share it with my students.
Remember Me was hauntingly beautiful and another book that I had a hard time putting down.
Traitor’s Blade is the first in the Great Coats series. Loving the swashbuckling adventure and the world building is fantastic.
Pride and Premeditation is the next ARC I need to read. I’m not crazy about the cover, but it sounds like it will be a good story.
This Will be Funny Someday is the next library books I am going to be reading.
Saint’s Blood is the third book in the Great Coats series. Not sure I will get it started in the next week. The second book is quite long and I am only 20% into it.
I can’t believe that February is almost over! It has been a pretty good month reading wise. What books are you planning on reading this week?
