A new year and a new chance to read all the books! Or as many as I can. Looking at all of the new releases coming this year, it is going to be an exciting one. I can’t wait to get started.
My January TBR is going to be a bit different. I tried really hard to find some February ARC’s on Netgalley, but nothing sounded particularly interesting to me. I keep going back though, so I might find something, eventually. I do have quite a few for March, so I might decide to dive into those towards the end of the month, but we shall see. I am still catching up on my ARC reviews from December, so I am in no rush.
I have chosen 8 books to highlight in this post, that I know I will be reading this month. But as usual, there will be at least 8 more.

I am super excited to get my hands on The Stolen Heir next week. I am so looking forward to going back to Elfhame and hearing Oak’s story.
And then the following week we have Hell Bent coming out, so yeah! Two really good books to start the year with.
The Last Voice You Hear is the next book in the Oxford Investigations. I am looking foward to diving into this one.
Don’t Hex and Drive is hopefully as fun as the first book in the series. This is a fun paranormal romance that features a family of witches, plus werewolves and vampires and other things that go bump in the night.

The Day That Never Comes is the next book in the Dublin Trilogy and I am really looking forward to getting back to this series.
The Dry is the first book in the Aaron Falk series. I unintentionally read the last book in the series, so now I am going back to the first book, which many people say is the best one.
The Sacrifice is my one short read this month and hopefully a good one. Rin Chupeco knows how to write a scary story and if the cover is anything to go by, this will be.
Five Survive is my only maybe on this list. I have it on hold and I am far enough down the list that I hopefully will get it in a few weeks, but I might not. Fingers crossed!

I am pretty excited about the new year with all of these great books on my list to read! What book will you be starting your new year off with! Let me know in the comments!
Stolen Heir is one I’m desperate to read!
