Sunday Confessions

It was a very tiring week and I didn’t get as much reading done as I would have liked. I only finished two books and have not gotten very far in the third or on my audiobook.  I have a busy week starting tomorrow, so I will probably fall farther behind.  Oh well, and to top it all off, 5 books that I had on hold at the public library came through, so now I have to put off some of my other reading to get those done before they need to go back.  It always seems to happen that way.  Whenever I feel like I’m beginning to get ahead on the TBR a bunch of books land on my nightstand.  If only I could read in my sleep!

Book Reviews

Monday: Fallen Kingdom by Elizabeth May.  The last book in the Falconer series, coming out on June 13th.  I think this one was the best of the three.

Tuesday: Goldfish Boy by Lisa Thompson.  This one may not happen this week.  I haven’t had the time to spend reading it like I hoped.  So far it is an interesting read.

Wednesday: No review, maybe another cover post.  I enjoyed the one I did this week on Badass covers.  Not sure of the theme yet.

Thursday: Shadowcaster by Cinda Williams Chima.  This one was a little long, but so worth it.

Friday: The Thousandth Floor by Katherine Mcghee and read by Phoebe Strole.  This also may not happen, but I will try super hard to get it done in time.  I’m really enjoying it so far.  Very intriguing world the author has created.  Nice cast of characters too.

Currently Reading

My first task this week is to finish The Goldfish Boy and The Thousandth Floor. Depending on how that goes, I will be starting The King’s Cage by Victoria Aveyard and Quest for the Golden Arrow by Carrie Jones.

So that is it for this weeks confessions.  I hope everyone has a great week.
